STORMVILLE – A 57-year-old Albany woman has been charged with promoting
prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana after she went
to Green Haven Correctional Facility to visit an inmate and was found
in possession of some five grams of marijuana.
Dianne Cooks was arrested on Sunday, June 25 following an investigation
by State Police and a Department of Corrections and Community Supervision
K-9 unit.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Beekman Town Court.
