Police release identity of man killed in Town of Newburgh car crash

TOWN OF NEWBURGH – Police
released the identity of the victim in the one-car crash on Quaker Street
in the Town of Newburgh Sunday evening.
Michael Trunzo, 31, was northbound on Quaker when his car left the road,
sheared a telephone pole and struck a tree.  Trunzo, who was alone
in the car, was ejected and died at the scene.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
