Diaz faces the most serious
prison time

NEW CITY – Nine people are charged with participating in a drug trafficking organization that distributed narcotics including heroin, fentanyl, cocaine and crack cocaine, in and around Rockland County.
The drugs were obtained for resale from the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens.
According to the indictment, Robert Diaz, Rene Sanchez, Pablo Perez, Christian Cardenas, David Almonte, Ronald Bolanos, Rolando Paulino, Theresa Keefe, and Nicole Munderville conspired to distribute large amounts of narcotics around Rockland County.
Each defendant is charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics, which carries up to 10 years to life in prison. Diaz also faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 20 years in prison for distributing heroin resulting in serious bodily injury to a victim.
