SAUGERTIES – An argument between a father and son in Saugerties on Friday resulted in the father being charged with menacing.
Saugerties Police said that Darin Daniel, 47, of 474 Route 212 allegedly threatened his son with a knife during a verbal dispute. There were no injuries reported.
The father was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the son.
