POUGHKEEPSIE – A Clinton teenager was arrested on Tuesday, June 13 following an investigation into a sexual assault involving a child.
Devin Huber, 17, was arrested by the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation where he is accused of forcibly subjecting a child to sexual contact earlier that same day. Huber was charged with felony sexual abuse, arraigned and released after posting $1,000 cash bail.
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information about the case or similar incidents potentially involve Huber is asked to call the sheriff’s Detective Bureau at 845-486-3820 and ask for Detective Brenner.
