HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON – Several
swastikas were painted on a door of one of the buildings at the Grace
Church campus at 457 Broadway in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson and
police are investigating.

The incident occurred some time between Friday, June 2 and Saturday June
3.

The village is offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to
the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the
crime.

Mayor Peter Swiderski said the village is “distressed and disappointed”
about the action. “This form of hate speech is abhorrent and does
not represent the values of this village,” he said.
