KINGSTON – A Kingston man who was wanted on a misdemeanor marijuana charge was arrested and found to be in possession of a loaded .45 caliber handgun.
Malcom Thomas, 20, was arrested on Tuesday on three counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
The Kingston Police Patrol Division and Special Investigations Unit investigated the case.
