Rockland man arrested for stealing from Thruway toll plaza

SPRING VALLEY – State Police charged a Pearl River man with stealing money from the Spring Valley toll plaza.
Matthew Carle, 61, was arrested early Tuesday on charges of falsifying business records and petit larceny. The arrest stemmed from an on-going investigation of money being stolen from the toll plaza.
Carle was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Spring Valley Village Court.
