Dubaldi eligible for parole in August

ALBANY – Carmen Dubaldi, the New Windsor man who is serving one to three years in state prison for stealing political campaign contributions, will be eligible for parole in August. He had served as treasurer of the campaigns for Senator William Larkin and former Orange County Executive Edward Diana.
He entered the state prison system on August 1, 2016.  if he serves his full term, he would be released on August 3, 2019.
He is eligible to face a parole board hearing the last week in June with a decision made days later. If approved for release, he would be eligible on August 3 of this year with conditional release one year later.
He is being housed at the Groveland Correctional Facility in Livingston County.
