KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested two people following an investigation into heroin sales and distribution in the city.
Shawn Bradley, 43, and Lillin Elias, 24, both of Joys Lane in Kingston,
were arrested on Wednesday following a lengthy investigation. They
were each charged with criminal possession and sale of drugs as felonies,
criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
During a search of their residence, the Special Investigations Unit seized a large amount of heroin, crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a stolen handgun.
