MONTICELLO – There are roughly 50 jobs in Sullivan County Government that are vacant, yet funded and the county wants to fill them.
County Manager Joshua Potosek said those positions run the gamut.
“Anywhere from some senior management positions all the way down to certified nursing assistants and nurses and DPW workers, so I there is going to be a big push on getting our county workforce settled and up and running in the near future,” he said.
Potosek said the county legislature is onboard with the drive.
The county website lists many of the openings including administrator for the adult care center, assistant commissioner of planning and community development, district attorney investigator, electrician and account clerk.
