NEWBURGH – A 19-year-old
man is dead, the victim of a shooting in the area of 10 Bush Avenue in
the City of Newburgh.
Police said the victim, identified as James Stevens, sustained several
gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call

City police are working in conjunction with the State Police Major Crimes
Unit and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
