MIDDLETOWN – Police are investigating the apparent discovery of
mumified remains in a trailer located in a field far off 219 Dolson Avenue
in the City of Middletown.
The scrub brush, dotted with a handful of old vehicles, is behind a fast food restaurant, office building and small strip mall.
Police Lt. Gregory Metakes said the cause of death is unknown at this
time, although it does not appear to be suspicious. Any autopsy is scheduled.
Police aee attempting to identify the person, who was discovered by a
pedestrian walking through the area.
