Molinaro encourages ARC of Dutchess partners to “think differently”

PO0UGHKEEPSIE – Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro is compassionate about providing everything possible for persons with special needs.
He brought his message to the ARC of Dutchess “Partners at Work” breakfast on Wednesday, for everyone to embrace his “think differently” philosophy.
“We need to break down barriers, we need to create new opportunities, we need to provide access to services and facilities and to jobs for those living with special needs and that we need to help them achieve as great a degree of independence as is possible,” he said.
Molinaro said by doing that, those with special needs will see their quality of life improved along with the overall quality of life of Dutchess County.
