NYACK – State Police arrested a Pearl River man and charged him with stealing a vehicle from a hospital after he was involved in a one-car accident on the Garden State Parkway.
The investigation revealed that Luigi Depasquale, 42, allegedly took the vehicle from a local hospital without the owner’s permission and was involved in an accident shortly after on the parkway. He was arrested and charged with felony grand larceny.
