WHITE PLAINS – A groundskeeper and school bus driver for the Rippowam Cisqua School District in the Town of Bedford has been arrested and charged with endangering in child pornography.

On April 7, investigators from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office executed a search warrant at Zaccari’s 1 Spencer Street home in Mount Kisco. The warrant was based on a CyberTipline report filed by Google.
The search engine reported that a person using an IP address associated with Zaccari’s home had uploaded an image of child pornography to an associated Google Plus Photos account. The residents at that location are Zaccari, his wife and adult daughter.
Bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.  As a condition of his bail, Zaccari is not permitted to be around children under the age of 17.
