Police: Poughkeepsie man took down payments for floor installation, did no work

MONTGOMERY – State Police at at Montgomery charged a Poughkeepsie man with felony grand larceny and scheme to defraud for allegedly accepting down payments for flooring installation and not doing the work.
Martin Dyckman, 45, allegedly accepted over $5,000 in down payments from several victims to install flooring in their homes without ever purchasing any supplies or starting any work.
He is in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
