NEW WINDSOR – State Police in Montgomery report the arrest of Ransford Perry, 68, for endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching, both misdemeanors.
The investigation revealed that in October of 2016, Perry allegedly
inappropriately touched a victim who was under the age of 17.
Perry was arraigned in Town of New Windsor Court and sent to Orange County Jail
in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. He is due back in court at a later date.
