Poughkeepsie man arrested with over 100 bags of heroin

POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Drug Task Force has arrested a City of Poughkeepsie man following the execution of a search warrant at his residence.
Clifford Green, 48, was arrested on a felony charge of criminal possession
of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Investigators seized approximately
125 bags of heroin, scales and packaging material during their search
of Green’s apartment. 
He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. Additional charges
may be pending, police said.
