Five arrested in Poughkeepsie after warrant search

POUGHKEEPSIE – Three women and two men were arrested on Wednesday after Poughkeepsie City Police executed a search warrant in an apartment at 78 Montgomery Street following an investigation into drug sales there.
Members of the Neighborhood recovery Unit and the Emergency Services Unit recovered over three grams of a heroin/fentanyl mixture, amounts of crack cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone, suboxone, marijuana, over $1,700 in cash and other items used to prepare, package and sell drugs.
Michael King, 58, and Phillip Farrar, 57, both of that address were charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Jasmine Barksdale, 40, of the same address, was charged with a misdemeanor of loitering.
Brittance Lowery, 22, of Hyde Park was also charged with loitering and Kimberly Siricelli-Ohara, 52, of Hyde Park was arrested after she arrived at that location and was found to have an active warrant from State Police at Highland.
