Traffic stop leads to drug arrest

TOWN OF ULSTER – A College Point woman is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail following his arrest at 10 p.m. on Monday in the Town of Ulster.
Police pulled over a vehicle driven by Estaphani Rodriguez, 28, on Washington Avenue in the town and found her in possession of marijuana, cocaine and prescription pills.  She was charged with felony possession of marijuana and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Rodriguez was also charged with the traffic infractions of failure to obey a traffic control device and an equipment violation.
