Heroin investigation leads to Kingston drug arrest

KINGSTON – A Port Ewen man is under arrest following an investigation by Kingston City Police into heroin sales.
On Friday, March 10, police arrested Brian Jones, 40, in the area of Foxhall and Albany avenues.  He was charged with felony criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The arrest was made by the city police department’s Special Investigations Unit.
