BEEKMAN – A Bronx man is charged with bringing marijuana with him into Green Haven Correctional Facility in Stormville.
Tyrell Livingston, 24, was arrested on Monday, March 6 and charged with felony criminal sale of marijuana, promoting prison contraband, criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana. State Police said Livingston brought over 59 grams of marijuana into the prison with the intent to give it to an inmate.
Livingston was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond.
