KINGSTON – A Saugerties man is scheduled to be sentenced in April on his guilty plea to course of sexual conduct against a child as a felony.
Jeffery Brown, 54, entered the plea before Ulster County Court Judge Donald Williams on Thursday admitting that he engaged in at least two acts of sexual conduct with a child who was under the age of 13.
An investigation conducted by the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center led to Brown’s arrest last August.
