POUGHKEEPSIE – Three teens, ages 14, 16 and 18, have been arrested and charged with two counts each of robbery for allegedly ordering a pizza on February 2 and when it arrived with a deliveryman in the area of Dubois Avenue, jumped, beat and robbed him.
Poughkeepsie city detectives investigated and arrested Terrell Jennings, 18, N’Zhari Benn, 16, and a 14-year-old, all male city residents.
The two adults were sent to the Dutchess County Jail. The 14-year-old was placed in a secure juvenile facility.
There were two other robberies of delivery persons in the same area over the past several months and those remain under investigation.
