Crime Stoppers offers reward in latest Newburgh murder

NEWBURGH – New York Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the Sunday shootings and homicide in the City of Newburgh.
The violence at 253 South William Street resulted in the death of Gevontay
Owens-Grant, 24, of Newburgh, who was attending a party at that location.
Three others were wounded.
Anyone with information regarding the shootings is asked to call the New York State Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 866-313-TIPS (8466) immediately. Callers can remain anonymous if they so choose. There is no caller ID on the New York State Crime Stoppers hotline phones.
