FISHKILL – A 32-year-old inmate at Downstate Correctional Facility
in Fishkill has been charged with being a fugitive from justice from the
state of Georgia.
State Police said Tyler Sinclair Scott is wanted on a bench warrant for
a violation of probation from Cobb County, Georgia stemming from felony
convictions for aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
He remains in Downstate Correctional pending extradition to Georgia.
State Police were assisted by the state Department of Corrections and
Community Supervision.
