After being a Good Samaritan, Cuomo eventually made it
to his tour and briefing on Long Island.

HAWTHORNE – Governor Andrew Cuomo and his entourage, on their way
to view storm damage on Long Island, stopped to help a stranded motorist
during Thursday’s snowstorm.

The governor was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester
