Wallkill town police revive woman with Narcan

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Two Town of Wallkill Police officers administered Narcan to revive a 56-year-old local woman. Officers were called to 985 Route 17M on Saturday morning for a report of a woman who was unconscious, unresponsive and demonstrated signs of an overdose.
The two officers began delivering first aid, including department-issued Narcan and within a brief period of time she regained consciousness and was transported by Wallkill Town Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Orange Regional Medical Center for treatment.
