Blooming Grove fatal accident victim was from Monroe

BLOOMING GROVE – State Police identified the victim of a Sunday afternoon crash in Blooming Grove as John Beck, 53, of Monroe.
Police say Beck was driving a pickup truck at around 4:13 p.m. on Route 208 when he failed to negotiate a curve near Museum Village Road, ran down an embankment and struck a tree.
He died at the scene.
