Attempted robbery at Middletown pharmacy

MIDDLETOWN – Police were
looking for a suspect in connection with an attempted robbery of the Accucare
pharmacy on James P. Kelly Way in Middletown Monday evening. 
Police said a man wearing a black mask entered the shop at 6:20 p.m., an
employee that he had a gun and demanded a bottle of OxyContin. The man
fled without any proceeds.
He was described as being white, about five-feet, 10-inches tall, with
a medium to stocky building. His face was partially concealed by the mask,
but the portion of his face that was visible appeared to be clean shaven,
police said.
He was wearing a black jacket and black or dark colored pants.
The suspect fled on foot towards the area behind the Bada-Bing Pizzeria
at 28 County Route 78.
