KINGSTON – State Police arrested two men on Friday on a felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
and Jerron Holoway, 29, of Kingston, and James Lyons, Jr., 28, of Saugerties were arrested following a traffic stop in the Town of New Paltz during which police found them in possession of 279 bags of heroin.
Holloway and Lyons were sent to the Ulster County Jail. Bail was set at $7,500 bail or $10,000 bond for Holloway and $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond for Lyons.
