FISHKILL – The Dutchess County Drug Task Force and State Police have arrested a Fishkill man at his Lake Road home and charged him with felony possession of drugs.
Armed with a search warrant, authorities arrested Frank Digeso, 53. During the search, police found 220 bags of heroin and five illegally possessed firearms. Digeso was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
The state Division of Parole assisted in the investigation and police said additional charges may be pending.
