Burkins
FISHKILL – A New Paltz man was arrested following a narcotics investigation at Merritt Boulevard in the Town of Fishkill.
The Dutchess County Drug Task Force took Jeffrey Burkins, 32, into custody on January 19. He was found in possession of Heroin and Suboxone. Police charged him with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, promoting prison contraband and receiving a reward for official misconduct, all as felonies. He is in the Dutchess County Jail.
