MONTICELLO – Police continue to search the area for the man who
held up the Chase Bank branch at 411 Broadway in Monticello late Tuesday
morning.
Police report a man walked into the bank at 11:10 a.m. passed a teller
a note and made off with an undetermined amount of cash.
He fled out the rear entrance in an unknown direction.
Monticello Police described him as a light skin man, possibly Hispanic, five-feet, five-inches to five-feet, six-inches tall, wearing a dark winter hat, dark coat, dark sweat pants, a dark hoodie and sunglasses.
