Nellums
PORT JERVIS – A Port Jervis woman, who is out on $20,000 bail from adjacent Pike County, Pennsylvania, was arrested by Port Jervis Police on Wednesday on drug charges.
Ashley Nellums, 27, was picked up at 100 Pike Street as part of a surveillance operation in the area. She is now in the Orange County Jail without bail.
Nellums was charged with criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia. She allegedly possessed heroin with intent to sell it and that she sold heroin to another person.
Nellums faces felony charges in Pike County including drug possession and sales.
