TOWN OF KINGSTON – A local man has been arrested on a charge of reckless endangerment after he allegedly fired five to six gunshots in his apartment on Hill Road in the Town of Kingston. No one was injured.
State troopers and Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies were called for a report of shots fire on Friday, December 23 and determined they came from the residence of Christopher Fowler.
After several attempts, communication was made with Fowler, 36, and he surrendered without further incident. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail.
