AIRMONT – Ramapo Police arrested an 18-year-old man Christmas Eve on charges of menacing and aggravated harassment for allegedly pointing a BB gun at a female acquaintance in the Village of Airmont.
The woman told police she had a confrontation with the man, who pointed what appeared to be a handgun at her before leaving the scene.
Following an investigation, officers recovered two BB guns from the property, one of which was allegedly possessed and used during the incident.
The man, whose name police did not make public, was located and placed under arrest.
