Flags to fly half-staff in honor of Congressman Gilman

GOSHEN – Orange County Executive Steven Neuhaus ordered all flags at county buildings to be flown at half-staff today in honor of former Congressman Benjamin Gilman, who died on Saturday.
Funeral service for Gilman is at 10 this morning at Temple Sinai in Middletown with burial in the US Military Academy cemetery at West Point.
