WHITE PLAINS – A Yonkers man, who pled guilty to first degree manslaughter for stabbing his longtime girlfriend to death in their apartment, was sentenced in Westchester County Court on Thursday to 25 years in state prison.
Nathaniel Grant, 51, of 53 Glenwood Avenue in Yonkers where the murder occurred, stabbed his girlfriend, Carol Finch, 56, repeatedly with wounds to her heart, lungs and liver on April 1, 2015.
When Grant was found by police walking down Warburton Avenue naked, he was bloodied with punctures and lacerations to his stomach, legs, arms and hands.
Before police found him, neighbors said they heard a commotion coming from the victim’s apartment.
