HUDSON VALLEY – Yesterday, it was the first snow of the season. Today, it is gusty winds that are blowing the snow around and in some cases, causing road problems, particularly in higher areas.
There were reports of several minor accidents on Interstate 84 Between Exits 1 and 2, most near the Greenville mountain. The highway reportedly was closed for a time Sunday night.
Heavy wind is expected to continue through today and into Tuesday. A few snow showers are possible.
