DURHAM – State Police charged four as juvenile delinquents and turned them over to Greene County Family Court following an investigation into a burglary of a private home in the Town of Durham.
The investigation revealed the four had broken into the house and stole items.
The four were identified as two boys ages nine and 14 and two girls ages 12 and 14. If they had been adults, police said they would have been charged in criminal court with felony burglary.
After being processed, the youths were released to their parents.
