Middletown gas station robbed

MIDDLETOWN – Police are investigating an early Sunday morning armed robbery of a gas station in Middletown.
Police reports indicate two men wearing hoodies and armed with guns held up the clerk at the Middletown CITGO on Orange County Route 78 and James P. Kelly Way shortly after 2 a.m.  They fled on foot in an unknown direction.
It was not immediately known if any cash or merchandise was taken.
