Seized evidence
ELLENVILLE – A 37-year-old Ellenville man has been arrested on
Friday evening and charged with 6.8 ounces of crack cocaine, over $6,000
in cash, two movie prop style replica rifles, scales and drug packaging
materials.
Isaac Pitt of 240 Canal Street in Ellenville was charged with criminal
possession of a controlled substance, sale of a controlled substance,
and criminal nuisance, all as felonies, and a misdemeanor of criminally
using drug paraphernalia.
Pitt was remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
The investigation and arrest of Pitt was a joint effort of the Ulster
Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team and Ellenville Village Police.
