Two inmates charged with possessing knives state prison

TOWN OF WAWARSING – Two inmates at the Ulster Correctional Facility in the Town of Wawarsing are charged with promoting prison contraband as felonies.
State Police said Gary Frazier, 25, of Queens, possessed an exacto blade and Michael Latham, 32, of Brooklyn, possessed two exacto blades.  Both men were charged with felonies and are scheduled to appear in town court next month.
