KINGSTON – An investigation into illegal narcotics sales in the area of the Rondout Garden Apartments complex in Kingston has resulted in the arrest of a Kingston man.
City Police took Zuriahmad Thaker, 27, into custody on October 24 following neighborhood complaints. Police seized heroin and cash as a result of the investigation.
Thaker was charged with three counts each of criminal sale and promotion of a controlled substance as felonies. He is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
