Wallkill police revive overdose victim

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police officers in the Town of Wallkill administered Narcan and saved a 31-year-old Monroe man, who was found unconscious from a drug overdose in a bathroom at the Super 8 Motel on Route 211 East last Saturday.
Police and Town of Wallkill Volunteer Ambulance Corps paramedics administered two doses and within a brief period, the victim regained consciousness and was transported to Orange Regional Medical Center.
The victim was treated and later released.
