Chestnut Ridge couple pistol whipped and robbed in their Chestnut Ridge driveway

CHESTNUT RIDGE – Ramapo Town Police are investigating an early morning
robbery of a couple in the driveway of their home on South Pascack Road
in Chestnut Ridge.

The incident occurred at 12:11 a.m. on Sunday when the victims said two
men approached them armed with what appeared to be handguns.

The suspects reportedly used the guns to strike both victims on the head
and then stole personal property. The man and woman were treated at Good
Samaritan Hospital.

Both suspects were described as black men in their late teens or early
20s, approximately six feet, two inches to six feet, four inches tall,
with thin builds.

They were reportedly wearing dark clothing and ski masks.
