AMENIA – The new Artisan’s Park Overlook on DeLavergne Hill in Amenia was the site of a ribbon cutting on Tuesday.
The amenity is part of the Silo Ridge housing community under construction.
Amenia Town Supervisor Victoria Perotti was among those local officials who formally opened the overlook.
“When you look out over you see a panorama of fields and farms and green and it’s just an awesome view,” Perotti said.
Construction of the luxury homes at Silo Ridge has begun with a planned
200 houses ranging in price from $1 million to $10 million.
