Leadership of Ulster GOP remains in place

KINGSTON – The Ulster County Republican Committee has re-elected Roger Rascoe as chairman to serve in his fourth, two-year term. He was unopposed.
Also re-elected were Patty Jacobsen as committee secretary and Bruce McLean as committee treasurer.
Rascoe reappointed Gloria Van Vliet as county first vice chairwoman and Kevin Costello, John Horn and Jim Maloney as vice chairmen of the committee.
County Legislature Chairman Kenneth Ronk, who nominated Rascoe, said under his leadership Republicans hold half of the 10 countywide elected offices and the slim majority in the county legislature.
